Are you holding onto the idea that you need to be the “perfect” coach or maybe the perfect leader? Do you sometimes feel like everyone else has this s#*t figured out but you? Is Imposter Syndrome rearing its powerful hold on your confidence and willingness to get into the arena and rumble in some messy stuff?

Welcome to the club. And welcome to the IRG Masterclass where we model imperfection, embrace vulnerability and explore topics that are on our minds and in our hearts. This week is special as I am joined by our new IRG Associate Coach – Adele Fraser PCC – for a conversation about courageous coaching, leadership and living in this messy world we are navigating.

Together we will share how understanding vulnerability through the work of Brené Brown is supporting us to be braver in our lives, take risks in our leadership and coach with courage. If self-awareness is the first step to inspired leadership then Dare to Lead™ gets credit for expanding our sense of self and revealing the unknowns.

Join us for a real, vulnerable and unscripted conversation. We can’t wait to see you there. You belong here.

What you will experience in this Masterclass:

  • Witnessing vulnerability in action;
  • Inspiration to lead more bravely;
  • A small taste of the Dare to Lead™ learning experience;
  • Connection with leaders from across North America;
  • Engaging conversation, new connections, and a welcoming environment
