This made me feel uneasy or somehow inadequate that I couldn’t consistently name my values whenever someone asked. I have always admired people who are crystal clear on what their core values are and how they inform their leadership style.
Josh Dodd is one of those clear, values-based leaders! Josh is the Director of Procurement at Nutrien, a global agricultural inputs and services company. He is a Professional Engineer with a passion for change management, leadership and strategic process that keeps people in the forefront of decision-making. Josh has been an IRG client since he participated in the first Dare to Lead ™ delivery back in September 2019. Josh and his family live in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan and have aspirations for west coast living in the future.

Diane Lloyd is a coach, speaker and facilitator with a superpower for creating safe and inspiring environments that create unguarded conversations and transformational change. She founded Inspired Results Group for leaders who are co-creating cultures, shaping conversations, and impacting lives in organizations around the world. She is on a mission to end the era of command and control, and usher in the age of enlighten and empower. Diane has an MA in Leadership and is a member of the faculty team at Royal Roads University where they teach executive coaching to leaders across North America.
In addition to her identity as a coach-entrepreneur, she can be found adventuring with her family on Vancouver Island, reading a great book or seeking release on her yoga mat.
