Are you doing your best to understand the language and intention of the Diversity, Inclusion, Equity, Justice and Belonging landscape? Are you overwhelmed and uncertain about where to start and what to do?

I will speak for myself as a white woman of privilege, running a leadership and coaching company. My intention is to become more self-aware, educated and integrated but I have found myself feeling overwhelmed and unclear of my role in the systems I navigate every day. If you find yourself curious about what the real meaning of JEDI (justice, equity, diversity, inclusion) and belonging, then you will want to join us for this IRG Masterclass where I am joined by Andrea Carey of INclusion INcorporated.

You will leave this masterclass with:

  • Clarity on the definitions of diversity and inclusion and belonging;
  • Awareness of what you need to be thinking about and planning for in the JEDI space;
  • Connection with other curious leaders across the country;
  • Inspiration to continue your education journey to create belonging in your team.
I'm ready to learn!
