Are you noticing the theme of burnout coming up in your conversations? Are your team members struggling to keep up, or are they just leaving the organization? I have been diving deep with coaching clients and coaching colleagues to understand how burnout is showing up for people, what some of the contributing factors are, and what the way forward looks like for organizations, teams and leaders. I realize that we need to raise our awareness and attention to looking at burnout as bigger than a “self-care deficit” and start to pay attention to the systemic issues of burnout in our organizations. Brave leaders will look at these hard things and get curious about what’s going on, have conversations to better understand, and then rumble with the changes that need to be implemented–asap!
This Monthly Masterclass will be a highly interactive and co-created session for all of us to dive into conversations on this topic of burnout and explore concepts and create some solutions within a community of brave leaders. You don’t need to navigate this alone – we can do it together in a supportive community of capable and curious leaders.

She is on a mission to end the era of command and control, and usher in the age of enlighten and empower. Diane has an MA in Leadership and is a member of the faculty team at Royal Roads University where they teach executive coaching to leaders across North America.
