Why I decided to create this program for you

I’m Diane Lloyd, the founder of Inspired Results Group. We are on a mission to end the era of command-and-control leadership through specialized learning programs and executive coaching for managers and leaders. I have been coaching leaders for the past 10 years. Five years ago, I decided that I wanted to have an impact on the way leaders were actually being developed. I wanted to help guide how they learned about themselves, and how they learned the skills of leadership. I went and got my MA in Leadership, and amplified that with my certification in Conversational Intelligence® and Dare to Lead™. Over the same span of time, I joined the faculty at Royal Roads University and became a successful entrepreneur. I have created this program for those who want to lead with confidence, heart, and positive impact. (I suspect that’s you!)
