I'm starting to see that cultivating confidence in midlife is the lever we need to pull to influence our organizations and become catalysts for change. When we harness inner confidence, we become braver, use our voice in meetings, and stop letting our inner critic hold us back.

I'll share a practical 3-step framework that's helped me live more boldly.
